CasaRadar vs Fotocasa: alerts, coverage and speed for Barcelona renters (2026)

The short answer

Fotocasa is Spain's second big portal, with roughly 2,900 flats and houses for rent in Barcelona city on 1 November 2026, from private owners and agencies. Its alert system is good and free. CasaRadar is not a portal. It watches Fotocasa and the other places Barcelona rentals show up and sends you one feed, instantly. Most renters should use Fotocasa's search and CasaRadar's alerts together.

• The app also has price-drop filters, commute-time search and multi-zone search. Fotocasa itself notes that top listings "can receive thousands of contacts in the first hours".
